Express Delivery

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for metro cities (2-3 business days).

Handling Handcrafted Items

Since many PRIVIELLE pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for the artisan process before dispatch. Quality and perfection take time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with a link to track your package in real-time.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This is mandatory for insurance claims.
